South African law requires us to verify your identity before you can make withdrawals or once your account reaches certain transaction thresholds. You'll need to submit a valid South African ID or passport and proof of address. This is a legal requirement under the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) and not something we can waive.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in ZAR. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed on the cashier page. We don't accept cash deposits. Payments must come from an account or card registered in your name.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes shown on the payments page. We may delay a withdrawal if additional verification is needed. Funds can only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where possible.

Any account found to be involved in prohibited conduct will be closed immediately. We reserve the right to withhold funds pending investigation and to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

In the event of a technical fault during a game, the round may be declared void and your stake returned. We're not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on your side.

YesPlay is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you in any circumstances is limited to the amount you deposited in the relevant transaction. You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. We may also close or suspend your account if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we have reason to believe your account poses a risk. Any balance in a legitimately held account will be returned to you after applicable checks are completed.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the site. Continued use of YesPlay after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts. Disputes relating to gambling activities may also be referred to the relevant provincial gambling board or the National Gambling Board.
